1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to ViziSlides. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered presentation generation service, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using ViziSlides, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website.

5.2 Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in these Terms
• We may change our fees with 30 days' notice

5.3 Free Trial

We may offer free trials for new users. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5.4 Cancellation

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or generate using our Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You agree not to create, upload, or share content that:

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by ViziSlides and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission.

8.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI models based on your prompts is considered your User Content, subject to the license granted in Section 6.1. However, AI-generated content may not be unique, and similar content may be generated for other users.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party AI models and services (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Ollama). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free from viruses or harmful components

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIZISLIDES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ViziSlides and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• We may delete your account and User Content
• You remain liable for all fees incurred before termination
• Sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply
